To All Members:
There are a couple of pieces of information the Township would like to disseminate to residents and ask your help in so doing.
Firstly, we would like to inform you that after a competitive RFP process the Township has awarded the Website Redesign project to a local firm who met all of the technical requirements and have the necessary municipal experience for a project of this type. The next step in this project is designing a website that visually captures the uniqueness of our township, highlighting its rich history, abundant lakes/ rivers and wealth of artisans. With this aim in mind we are asking residents to share photos capturing local landscapes, events and built heritage. Send them by mail, email or in person to the attention of Robert Tremblay, clerk@tayvalleytwp.ca or Joanne Gallagher at jgallagher@tayvalleytwp.ca . Photographers /donors will be acknowledged on the website and in all media releases. Please be sure to include photo details (where taken, name of person/place in picture).
Secondly, we are trying to get the word out regarding the relocation of the Township office back to 217 Harper Road. The move is planned for Monday and Tuesday, March 22nd and 23rd. To accommodate the move the office will be closed on these dates and will re-open for business at 8:30 am on Wednesday, March 24th.
We hope you will drop by to check-out the newly designed office space for yourself. The official opening is still TBA.
